Cancellation Policy
Desi Delights believes in assisting its customers as much as possible and follows a liberal cancellation policy. Cancellations will be accepted only if the shipment has not been dispatched. Once the shipment is dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction or a transaction violating our Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel such orders without prior notification.
Cancellation Before Shipment
If your order has not been shipped, you may request cancellation by writing to our customer support at [customercare@mydesidelights.com] between 9 AM – 9 PM (Monday to Sunday).
- The order will be canceled, and the refund will be processed within 2-5 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Refund for Canceled Orders
- For payments made through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2-5 business days.
- It may take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- Refunds may also be issued in the form of Desi Delights credits, which can be used for future purchases.
Use of Discount Vouchers & Loyalty Points
- Discount vouchers and loyalty points are for one-time use only and will not be reissued if an order is canceled.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Return & Replacement Policy
Desi Delights offers an easy return policy. Customers can raise a return or replace request within 5 days of receiving the product if it is defective or incorrect.
Steps to Initiate a Return/Replacement:
- Contact our Customer Support via email at [customercare@mydesidelights.com] within 5 days of receiving the order.
- Provide your Order ID and request for return/replacement. Attach images of the product showing batch number and invoice for reference.
- Our team will arrange for product pickup within 4-7 business days of the request.
- Upon receiving the product, we will initiate the refund or replacement process within 2 business days, provided the item is returned in its original packaging with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
Conditions for Returns Not Accepted:
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The product is returned without original packaging, price tags, and other accessories.
- The product’s serial number has been tampered with.
- The product has been altered in composition.
- The return request is initiated after 30 business days from the delivery date.
- The product being returned was a free promotional item.
Damaged or Incorrect Product Received?
Desi Delights takes extensive quality control measures; however, in the rare event of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, follow these steps:

- Attach clear images or a video showing the damage or incorrect item, including batch details and packaging.
- Our team will arrange for pickup within 4-7 days.
- Once the returned product is received and verified, a refund or replacement will be processed within 2 business days.
- If the replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Return of Free Gifts
Free gifts included with purchases must be returned along with the original product, with packaging and labels intact.
Partial Returns
Customers can initiate returns for individual products in a multiple-item order, following the same process.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:
- Order Cancellation Before Shipment
- Refund Due to Non-Delivery:
- Customer refused delivery.
- Customer was unavailable during delivery attempts.
- Incorrect or unreachable delivery address.
For non-delivered orders, the refund will be processed once the package is returned by the logistics provider.

- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

- Store Credits:
- Refunds can also be issued in the form of Desi Delights credits, which can be used for future purchases.
