Pinnacle Foodworks is the parent company of Desi Delights. Desi Delights has partnered with reputed logistics providers to ensure that all our products reach you in the best condition without any damage. We use high-quality packaging materials sourced from reliable vendors and conduct thorough testing to ensure their durability before using them for shipping and delivery.

Desi Delights takes a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 3 days of handling time to process orders and dispatch them to customers. Typically, we ship products within 2 working days from our Mumbai warehouse.

Note: Free delivery for all orders below Rs. 299.


How Does the Delivery Process Work?

Once your order has been processed, your products are thoroughly inspected to ensure they are in perfect condition. After passing our final quality check, we pack and hand over your products to our trusted logistics partners.

Our logistics partner will then deliver the products to you as soon as possible. In case they are unable to reach you at the provided shipping address or at the scheduled delivery time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Please note that all products ordered (including any free gifts bundled with your purchase) will be shipped to the address provided at the time of placing the order, along with an invoice. While we strive to ship all products in your order together, this may not always be possible.


How Are the Products Packaged?

Each product is securely packaged in bubble wrap, while fragile items like glass bottles receive an extra layer of protection. We then place the packaged products in sturdy cardboard boxes before handing them over to our logistics partners.

Desi Delights takes full responsibility for any damages caused to the product while in transit.


Where Does Desi Delights Ship?

Desi Delights ships throughout India to almost all pin codes. However, the list of serviceable pin codes may change from time to time based on our logistics partners. You can check if we deliver to your location by entering your pin code on any product page on our website or at the checkout page.


Can I Track My Order?

Yes! As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, including the courier company name and tracking number.

If you are a registered user, you can also track your order by logging into the “My Account” section of our website and clicking on the “Your Orders” tab.


How Long Will It Take for My Order to Arrive?

At the time of placing your order, an estimated delivery time will be provided based on your location. Since we maintain inventory for all listed products, most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed.

We aim to deliver orders within 2-7 days, depending on the destination. However, in case of unforeseen delays, delivery times may be extended. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Desi Delights is not liable for delays caused by our logistics partners.

Currently, we cannot guarantee exact delivery timelines. We request your patience in case of slight delays. As per safety protocols, while we accept online orders across India, we reserve the right to pause deliveries if necessary.


What Time of the Day Will My Order Be Delivered?

Our logistics partner will attempt to call you before delivering your order. Please ensure you are available to receive the call. After three failed delivery attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse.


Are There Any Shipping Charges?

Shipping and handling charges may vary based on the product, packaging size, and other factors. The applicable charges will be displayed at checkout before you make your payment.

Please note that Desi Delights does not charge separate shipping fees beyond the total invoice amount shown at checkout.


Delivery Information

If no one is available at the shipping address during the delivery attempt, our logistics partner will make up to two more delivery attempts. You may contact our customer support to reschedule your delivery. If all three attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
